Returns & Refunds

If you feel you have a problem with a product of mine, then please get in touch with me and give me the chance to sort things out for you in the first instance.

I am aware that things can go wrong from time to time. So I have set out my terms for returns and refunds. 

Personalised Items

For personalised items I will not be held responsible for any misspelling or punctuation that is incorrect. I ask you to provide your wording exactly how you want it engraved and that includes punctuation. However if you feel the product is substandard or the product has not been finished to a high standard then please contact me or fill out the Returns form listed here.

Standard items that are not personalised

If you are unsatisfied with your standard non personalised item you can send the item back within 14 days days and you will receive a full refund for the product you ordered. As the products I supply include the cost of delivery, this will be deducted upon receipt of the returned item, however I will NOT cover the cost of return postage or shipping. 

When you order a product from me you would have received an order number.  Please use this when filling out the  Returns form listed here.
